Amethi 05 November 2019,। Today Sampoorna Samadhan Divas was organized in Tehsil Tiloi under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Prashant Sharma. On the complete resolution day, the District Magistrate, hearing the public problem of the complainants, instructed the officials on the spot that the complaints should not be kept pending. He said that complaints should be taken seriously. The grievances received should be disposed off and the grievances should be uploaded in time.
The DM instructed the officers that action should be taken immediately after receiving the complaint letters of the villagers. So that it can be disposed of on the spot. He said that similar complaints are received in Tehsil days, if the concerned departments listen to the grievances of the public in a timely manner, then the graph of complaints will be reduced on Tehsil Day. The DM directed that the benefits of various government schemes operated for the welfare of the common people should be ensured to the eligible people. He said that common people should get basic facilities. He said that the schemes run by the government must reach the eligible person, no eligible person should be deprived of the schemes run by the government.
Today, a total of 182 complaints were received in Tehsil Tiloi. In which 10 were disposed of on the spot. In the same order, 165 complaints were received in Tehsil Gauriganj out of which 14 complaints were disposed of, 109 complaints were lodged in Tehsil Amethi out of which 02 were disposed of, 83 complaints were received in Tehsil Musafirkhana out of which 10 complaints were settled on the spot.
The District Magistrate said that the government is very serious about resolving public problems and apathy and carelessness will not be excusable. On this occasion Chief Development Officer Prabhunath, District Development Officer Banshidhar Saroj, Deputy District Magistrate Tiloi Sunil Trivedi, Chief Medical Officer Dr. RM Srivastava, Divisional Forest Officer UP Singh and all district level officers were present.
